21Ten Compensation and business review Pros and Cons
21Ten is the latest offspring of the power house OxyFresh organization. Its latest off shoot has entered the very crowded field of network marketing. Launching with its version of powdered energy drinks. The company is head by successful multi level veteran by the name of Richard Brooke who made his first million in network marketing before the age of 30.
Pros: It appears the company has strong leadership with a seasoned pro Richard Brook coming from the successful ranks of network marketing. Oxyfresh a 26 year veteran to network marketing promoting toothpaste and mouth wash for over 26 years is this new company’s parent. The company has a solid first footing in to the market place. In this industry you must have strong story to tell or one hell of a product to make a splash or get noticed by the leaders who will be needed to take the company out the first phase of introduction.
Cons: At times to me at least it appears that companies with a strong name recognition, a great story or history to tell, and often wonderful products have the worst compensation programs. When I review a compensation plan that I feel I need a college degree to understand my uh-oh radar goes up. It does take some time to figure out the compensation plan. In an industry that is very competitive with over 3000 businesses competing for distributors why make the compensation plan hard for people to understand. If it takes me more than 5 minutes to understand the comp plan or explain it others I feel that’s a problem. If you expect the masses to join I believe you must make it easy for them to join not harder. Most people are looking for part time opportunity not a second or third job. People also are looking to make money not get titles which this program seems to have a lot of.
21Ten like most multi level companies I review looks good and though they do provide a strong name and solid training which helps understand how the products work, support and how you are to be paid. The company does not provide the new member any training that this reviewer could find that focuses on the reality that most people today are looking for ways to buy and build on the internet. Those who will be truly successful with this company will have an understanding and working knowledge of internet advertising which includes attraction marketing.

The bike is in excellent condition. Wheels are true. I think it is an ’06 and has been kept in the house. Looks great!

How far has it travelled? New tyres suggest a couple thousand minimum. Has it been serviced?
